No sales fee

You can sell your property with absolutely no estate agency or auction fees.

Security

When a sale is agreed, the buyer is obliged to make a non-refundable deposit payment towards your property, meaning they are financially committed to purchase your property. Less than 1% of our sales fall through after this point.

Selling a property through the auction process ensures a quick and hassle-free process. The buyer must complete the purchase within the auction timescales, which tends to be either 28 or 56 days. We also take care of everything for you, from the preparation of the marketing materials and advertising to conducting all the viewings right through to the hammer falling.
