Most of our clients are private landlords, looking for management of their rental property – the level of management you want to handover to us is entirely up to you. From organising inventories and cleaning services, through to negotiating contracts and liaising with utility providers, we can oversee your entire property letting process. Face-face Service
Nearly thirty years of property management experience in London has taught us a lot. For instance, we understand how frustrating it can be for a landlord who has to deal with his property management team through call centres based outside of the UK. We charge a fee according to the level of service chosen: Lettings & Rent Collection Service; Lettings, Rent Collection & Full Management or Rent Collection & Comprehensive Management Service.
